4 easy steps to lodge a claim

1. Download claim form

Claim Form A (pdf) - for claims relating to overseas medical and dental, additional expenses and amendment or cancellation costs.

 

Claim Form B (pdf) - for claims relating to luggage and travel documents, delayed luggage allowance, rental car insurance excess and money.


2. Add supporting documentation

You can find a list of supporting documentation relevant to your claim (e.g. receipts) that you'll need to complete or submit with the claim form here.


3. Make a copy

Whilst we require you to send originals to us, we recommend that you keep copies of everything just in case.


4. Send it in

How long will it take?

We will settle or respond to your claim within 10 working days from the time we receive it.

 

Please note that you must advise us of any claim or occurrence which may give rise to a claim as soon as possible and within 60 days of the return date shown on your Certificate of Insurance by sending a completed claim form.
