For a full list of automatically accepted conditions and their requirements please refer to the Existing Medical Conditions section of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). You can find PDS documents for each of our plans on the Compare Our Plans page.

Subject to policy requirements, some of the conditions that are automatically covered include:

• asthma
• hip / knee replacement
• cataracts / glaucoma
• diabetes
• gastric reflux
• epilepsy
• hypertension (high blood pressure)

If your Existing Medical Condition falls outside the criteria under Conditions We Automatically Cover For Free, we may still be able to cover you for an additional premium, subject to the outcome of a medical assessment. Contact your Cover-More agent for assistance to complete a medical assessment online or over the phone.

If you do not have a Cover-More agent, you can complete a medical assessment at the same time as you get an online quote, using the quote tool on this page. Simply fill in your details click on “Get Quote” and select “Yes” to the question “Do any travellers require cover for an existing medical condition or pregnancy?”
