Please note that after you have completed the claim form you will need to submit it with the following documentation to allow us to process your claim quickly.

  • A letter from the airline confirming any refunds and/or compensation offered due to your delayed or cancelled flight (including amounts held in credit).
  • A copy of your original itinerary and confirmation of your original flight cost.
  • Receipts for all additional expenses you wish to claim for (excluding all meals and phone calls which are not covered under the policy).
  • If you have booked new flights, please forward your new itinerary and any other documentation related to your new flight.
  • If you are claiming for unused and non refundable travel arrangements, please also forward the original invoice and receipt for these travel arrangements as well as written confirmation from the supplier confirming what amount has been refunded.
