Bali Belly is just one of the names for Traveller’s Diarrhoea (upset stomach), it’s also known as Montezuma’s Revenge or the Rangoon runs. By this point you probably have a good idea of what it is. It is treatable and usually clears up within 24 hours, but it may take a couple of days or even up to a week. Bali Belly symptoms aren’t pleasant:
