Cover-More Terms of Use on Facebook (“Terms of Use”)

The Cover-More Facebook page (“the Facebook Page”) is a place for fans of Cover-More to discuss Cover-More products, services and promotions. All comments, visuals, videos and other type of material posted by fans on this site ("User Content") do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of Cover-More, its employees or affiliates.

Cover-More:

(a)       does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made here;

(b)       is not responsible for any User Content on this site; and

(c)       does not endorse any opinions expressed on this fan page.

• Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
• Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
• Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Please do not include any personal or sensitive information (such as your bank account details, birthday, home address, phone number, driver’s licence, registration or membership number). You will never receive a request from us for such information, if you do receive a request for personal or sensitive information - please do not respond.

Limited Liability

Your use of the Facebook Page is subject to Facebook’s Privacy Policy and Cover-More’s Privacy Policy. Cover-More will not be liable to you or any other party for any actions, proceedings, claims, losses or damages suffered by you arising from or connected with your use of the Facebook Page or indirect or consequential loss or for loss or corruption of data, loss of revenue or loss of profits, whether in contract, tort or under statute or otherwise arising from or connected with your use of the Facebook Page.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. You further agree that these Terms of Use may be enforced in the courts of any competent jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

Cover-More reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Use.

In addition to the rights that you grant to Facebook, you also grant to Cover-More and its affiliates the right to utilise all posted content in any manner or media without any legal or monetary obligation to the author.
