- Get a travel insurance quote for your trip directly from our website or over the phone.
- Include your Velocity membership number at the checkout.
- Finalise your Cover-More travel insurance.
What travel insurance policies can I earn Velocity Points on?
Velocity Points are available when you purchase a Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip plans. To be eligible, you must purchase from covermore.com.au or via our telephone sales team on 1300 72 88 22.
When will my Velocity Points be transferred into my account?
Velocity Points are credited into your account once your trip begins. It can take up to 24 hours to show in your account.
How do I add my Velocity membership after I have already purchased travel insurance?
To add your Velocity membership number to your policy, contact us on 1300 72 88 22. Our customer service team can add your membership number so you don’t miss out on earning Velocity Points! Ensure this is done within 90 days of your Cover-More purchase in order to be eligible for points.
Can I get Velocity Points if I purchase travel insurance through my travel agent?
For this promotion, you must purchase your travel insurance directly from this website or via our telephone sales team. You can earn 3 Velocity Points for every $1 you spend with us.
Can I buy travel insurance using my Velocity Points?
No. You are not able to use Velocity Points to purchase any of our travel insurance policies. Cover-More accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
What happens if I am missing Velocity Points?
If you need to claim missing points, please email [email protected]. We will be in touch with you within 10 working days. You will need to provide the following details to us:
- Velocity membership number
- Member first name
- Member surname
- Date of transaction
- Value of transaction
- Policy number
Please allow up to 14 days for Velocity Points to appear in your account from the start date of your policy before raising a Missing Points Claim.
