Your Velocity Points are credited into your account once your trip begins. It can take up to 24 hours for them to show in your account.
Yes, you can. Our customer service team can add your Velocity membership number to your existing Cover-More policy it so you don’t miss out on the points. You'll just need to contact us on 1300 72 88 22 within 90 days of buying your Cover-More policy to be eligible.
No, you must purchase your Cover-More travel insurance directly from this website or via our telephone sales team. This is the only way you can earn 3 Velocity Points for every $1 you spend with us.
No. You're not able to use Velocity Points to purchase any of our Cover-More travel insurance policies. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or Afterpay.
Please email [email protected] if you need to claim missing Velocity Points. We will be in touch with you within 10 working days.
You will need to provide the following details when emailing us:
- Velocity membership number
- Member first name
- Member surname
- Date of transaction
- Value of transaction
- Policy number
Please allow up to 14 days for the Velocity Points to appear in your account from the start date of your policy before raising a 'missing points claim.
