Financial Ombudsman Service change

From 1 November 2018, the FOS will be replaced by the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) which will be the new external dispute resolution scheme for the financial services industry. Any references to FOS in the Combined Product Disclosure Statement and Financial Services Guide will be replaced by the following details:
