The information contained in our Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements (SPDS) will help you understand if we can provide the best travel insurance for you and your travel needs.

Our combined PDS/FSG includes policy wording for the following plans: Premium, Medical Only, Domestic, Domestic Cancellation and Inbound.

Premium

This is our premium international travel insurance plan, which includes comprehensive benefits that help provide extra peace of mind during your trips abroad. It includes a number of COVID-19 benefits and is available on both Single and Annual Multi-Trip policies.

Domestic

This is our comprehensive domestic travel insurance plan, which offers a number of benefits for travel within Australia. It includes a number of COVID-19 benefits and is available on both Single and Annual Multi-Trip policies.

Domestic Cancellation

This is our domestic cancellation travel insurance plan, which provides travel cancellation cover for your trip within Australia. On this plan, you can choose your own level of cancellation coverage depending on the cost of your trip and cover is on a per-person basis. It provides some cover for COVID-19 cancellation costs and is available on Single Trip policies only.

Medical Only

This is our international plan for overseas medical costs only, which includes unlimited~ overseas medical and dental expense cover for travellers who need assistance abroad. It provides some cover for COVID-19-related overseas medical costs and is available on Single Trip policies only.

Inbound

This is our Inbound plan, which is designed for non-Australian residents who are travelling to and within Australia from an overseas destination. It provides some cover for COVID-19 costs and is available on Single Trip policies only.

Winter Sports Travel Insurance

This is our specialised ski and snowboarding travel insurance plan, which provides cover for a range of winter sports activities on top of a number of standard travel insurance benefits. It does not provide cover for COVID-19 costs. It is available on Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip Premium international policies and Single Trip Inbound international policies.

Business

This is our travel insurance policy for business travellers and their families. It does not provide cover for COVID-19 costs. It is available on Annual Multi-Trip policies. For more information or to purchase this policy, please speak to our travel agent partners or call our team on 1300 72 88 22.

Corporate

This is our travel insurance plan designed for organisations of all sizes that need to cover their employees’ business travel. For more information or to purchase this policy, please speak to our travel agent partners or call our team on 1300 72 88 22.
