Terms and Conditions of Entry
General
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms and Conditions”). Entry into the Easter Holiday Giveaway Campaign (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
3. The Promoter is Cover-More Insurance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 95 003 114 145) of L14 Zurich Tower, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia (“Promoter”).
4. Subject to clause 5, entry is open to residents and citizens in Australia and New Zealand, who are over the age of 18 years, as of the date of entry, and who are a Velocity Frequent Flyer member (“Eligible Entrants”).
5. Employees and immediate families of employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. This Competition is a game of chance.

How to enter
7. To enter, Eligible Entrants must purchase a valid domestic or international travel insurance policy (excluding Great Stay policies) via https://www.covermore.com.au and enter the promotional code HOLIDAY at the checkout within the Incentive Period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The travel insurance policy must be valid at the time of the draw.
8. Eligible Entrants must provide all contact details, including a valid email address and residential address, to be eligible to win. Eligible Entrants may only enter in their own name. Only one entry per Eligible entrant will be eligible for the draw.
9. The Competition commences on 23/03/2026 at 00:00 AEST and closes on 06/04/2026 at 23:59 AEST (“Incentive Period”).
10. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the end of the Incentive Period.
11. The winner will be selected via random draw from Eligible Entrants. The Promoter will conduct the draw on 20/04/2026 at 11:00 AEDT at L 14 Zurich Tower, L14, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia via the website https://www.randomdraws.com/.
12. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw.
13. The winner’s last name, initial of first name and postcode will be published on the website within 30 days of the draw.
14. The Promoter may conduct a redraw on 18/05/2026 at 11:00 AEST at L14, Zurich Tower, 118 Mount Street, North Sydney, 2060, in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date, subject to the applicable legislation. Entries to any redraw will be made up of all Eligible Entrants. The winner of any redraws will be notified by email within seven days of the redraw. The winner’s last name, initial of first name and postcode will be published on the Cover-More website within 30 days of the redraw.
Prize
15. There are four prizes (“Prize”).
Two Virgin Australia flight vouchers for return international economy flights to either Bali, Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, or Queenstown, New Zealand for two people, valued at $6,224.
Two allocations of 100,000 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points, valued at $2,316.
The total prize pool is $8,540 AUD.
16. The Frequent Flyer points will be allocated to the winners’ Frequent Flyer membership account within 30 days of the draw. The Prize will only be allocated to the winners’ account.
17. The use of the Velocity Frequent Flyer points will be subject to Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, which are located on the Velocity Frequent Flyer website https://www.velocityfrequentflyer.com/content/TermsConditions
18. The Virgin Australia flight vouchers will be emailed to the winner within 30 days of the draw and will be valid for one year from the date of the draw.
19. The Prizes must not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting, or other commercial purposes. Prizes must be taken as offered and may not be varied. If the winner is unable to use the Prize, no compensation will be payable.
20. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any variation in the Competition. If the Prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable legislation.
Advertising
21. Promotional assets and advertisements for this Competition in international markets may feature Cover-More Insurance Services Pty Ltd and any of its subsidiaries, holding companies, or subsidiaries of holding companies, including but not limited to Travelex Insurance Services Inc.
Further Terms and Conditions
22. Any Eligible Entrant found to have used a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an Eligible Entrant is awarded the Prize and then found to have breached this clause, the Eligible Entrant must immediately return the Prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any Eligible Entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Competition.
23. Any Eligible Entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an Eligible Entrant is awarded the Prize and then found to have breached this clause, the Eligible Entrant must immediately return the Prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any Eligible Entrant.
24. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize to the winner by the contact details provided at the time of entry into the Competition. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the Prize returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the winner.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw in the event that an Eligible Entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
26. Subject to the applicable legislation, the Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
27. Redemption of the Prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Prize voucher.
Privacy Collection statement
28. By participating in this Competition, Eligible Entrants agree to the Promoter sharing any data or information collected with any of the Promoter’s holding companies or subsidiaries.
29. By participating in this Competition, Eligible Entrants agree to allow the Promoter and any of its holding companies or subsidiaries to contact you in relation to marketing offers and product updates.
30. Personal information is being collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, and to assist the Promoter to improve its services. By entering this Competition, an Eligible Entrant consents to storage and use of their personal information by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy policy. If the personal information is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in this Competition.
Copyright, Statutory guarantees, Waiver and Liability
31. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
32. In participating in the Competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
33. Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that Prize.
34. The Promoter (subject to applicable legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition. The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition. In particular, computer-generated entries and the use "scripting" is not permitted and will not be accepted.
35. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
36. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under any applicable laws, including (but not limited to) the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ('Non-Excludable Guarantees').
37. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoter excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way in connection with this Competition, including but not limited to:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. any tax liability incurred by a winner (independent financial advice should be sought); or
d. accepting and/or using the Prize.
38. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Eligible Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating downloading materials in the Competition.
39. Each Eligible Entrant agrees that New South Wales law, Australia, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to the Competition. In the event of a dispute, the Eligible Entrant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, except where, by law, such dispute must be brought in the jurisdiction in which the Eligible Entrant is domiciled, or where the relevant law contains mandatory provisions that override such exclusive jurisdiction.
