#ConnectUkraine

We’re helping more than 10,000 Ukrainian families stay connected with phone credit, plus providing access to critical medical assistance.

Why we’ve partnered with Unconnected.org

Imagine being stuck in a war zone where you’re not only unable to communicate with loved ones, but also cut off from access to vital health care and information.

It may seem unthinkable, but this is the reality for many Ukrainians right now.

At Cover-More Group, we’re working with charity group Unconnected.org to help more than 10,000 Ukrainian families stay connected and receive access to critical medical advice and support.

“We are delighted to join forces with Unconnected.org to help continue their vital work in Ukraine,” says Cover-More Group CEO, Cara Morton.

Unconnected.org’s #ConnectUkraine program is already supporting Ukrainian refugees by topping up their phone credit using both private and corporate donations, and we’re now topping up credit on thousands more phones.

“Keeping people connected and safe is at the heart of what we do, and we want to help ease some of the challenging situations the Ukrainian people are enduring,” explains Morton.

We’re also supporting those impacted by the war by offering free medical online consultations, free prescriptions, and support with medical costs in partnership with Air Doctor and our travel assistance provider World Travel Protection.

“We’re serious about helping these families navigate their way through a fraught and uncertain time,” adds Morton.

“The war has impacted every aspect of Ukrainians’ lives – from the ability to earn a living to accessing basic services and even just keeping in touch – and we hope we’re able to help Ukrainian refugees stay connected, safe, and informed.”
